Should you feel that you have been treated unfairly or you disagree with a decision taken by the Local Council, you have the right to communicate your concerns to the Council to re-evaluate the case, alternatively you can contact the Ombudsman (www.ombudsman.org.mt) by telephone on 22483200 or email on office@ombudsman.org.mt, to have the case evaluated.
