In order to apply for enrolment with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations, an organisation has to supply the below information/documentation:

  1. Application Form : click here
  2. Statute and / or Deed (Authenticated) Statute and / or Deed (Authenticated) :– which needs to be dated.
  3. Resolution letter to enrol the organisation with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations.
  4. Written consent has to be signed by all committee / Board members.
  5.  Annual Accounts (Authenticated by at least 2 authorised person which should include their Names, Surnames and Designations)
  6. Annual Report (Administration Report) – (Authenticated by at least 1 authorised person and should include the Name, Surname and Designation)
  7.  Application Fee (€40) (payable only once) – Cash or Cheque to the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations
