On the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated on the 8th March, the Mayor, on behalf of the Council, distributed flowering plants to a number of women in Naxxar streets, a gesture which was greatly appreciated.

Fl-okkażjoni ta’ Jum il-Mara, iċċelebrat fit-8 ta’ Marzu, is-Sindku, f’isem il-Kunsill, qassmet xitel tal-fjuri lil numru ta’ nisa fit-toroq tan-Naxxar, ġest li kien apprezzat ħafna.
